Including preparatory workshops and the debriefing, the larp lasts about two and a half days, usually from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. The play itself consists of three episodes, each of which includes a number of scenes. Between each episode, players receive time to workshop character and relationship developments. The first and the last scene of the larp are virtually the same. This larp approach is called fate play. Everyone involved knows how the story will end, but not how they got there. Game-wise, the larp is about the process that leads to that ending. Content-wise, it’s about the misunderstandings and frustration in that process.
